Meet the Founder
Ms. Tanisha Tate, M. ED.
My name is Tanisha Tate, and I am a dedicated educator with a strong belief in the power of teacher actions directly influencing student outcomes. With nearly three decades of experience in the field, I have honed my skills as a classroom teacher, instructional leader, and district-level administrator to help develop strong teachers that understand effective teaching practices. Throughout my career, I have been driven by the desire to make a positive impact on the lives of students and contribute to the improvement of teaching quality and curriculum within low-income, inner-city public schools. My academic background, combined with my hands-on experience, has provided me with valuable insights, skills, and experiences that I will continue to use to unlock the potential of educators and leaders.
As a passionate educational leader, I have participated in many professional development sessions and left feeling like it was not a good use of my time or understanding the relevancy to my work. I started consulting as a means to address this issue and provide meaningful, impactful professional development experiences for fellow educators. By leveraging my expertise and experience, I strive to design and deliver sessions that are tailored to the specific needs and challenges of educators, ensuring that the content is practical, applicable, and aligned with their goals.
